In the pages that follow we have grouped together three very common types of item or question used in computer based testing and assessment.

These are

    Multiple-choice
    The presentation of a question with a fixed set of responses, where the candidate must select the one most appropriate.

    True/False
    The presentation of a question with either a true or false answer. Sometimes also displayed as yes or no.

    Multiple-response
    The presentation of a question with a set of potential answers where one or more may be correct.

Question Nine

True/False questions can only have a choice of TWO possible answers
